The plans on our shelf that name Globe
From the supplier record behind each package, 37 of the 61 plans we currently sell for Philippines declare Globe as a network the profile can reach, at 5G. The figure comes from the same catalogue that prices the plan pages, not from marketing copy, and it moves when the supplier revises the record.
A plan naming Globe means the network sits in the list the profile may choose from. It does not mean your handset will stay on it. The priority order remains the supplier's, and the signal where you stand still decides.
Why plans do not name a fixed network
Nearly every travel eSIM is a roaming product. The supplier holds agreements with one or more networks in the destination, and your profile picks between them by a priority order set inside the profile, not by the buyer. Two travellers on the same plan can end up on different networks in the same city.

Travel plans run over roaming agreements, so the network depends on the supplier behind the plan, your device and where you are. Globe is one of the networks operating in Philippines, not a guarantee attached to any particular plan.
How do I see which network I am on?+
Check the carrier name at the top of the screen, or open the mobile-network settings and look at the operator list. If signal is poor, try selecting a network manually instead of automatic — but only one your plan actually supports.
Does Globe run 5G, and will my plan get it?+
From the operator information we track, Globe runs 5G. Getting 5G in practice needs three things at once: the plan permits it, your device supports it, and the area has coverage. Miss any one and you fall back to 4G.
