How three-country packs work, and why the China network notes are worth reading first.
Kort antwoord
China, Japan and South Korea is a route many travellers combine, for leisure and for business. A three-country eSIM lets you install once and stay connected throughout, but China has network details that deserve extra reading. This page explains the general idea and what to look for on a plan page. It carries no prices or data figures, because the list below is generated from the live catalogue.
Like other multi-country packs, you install one profile, the data you bought is shared across the countries, and the phone attaches to each country's local network on its own. It is data-only, with no phone number or SMS. You buy on the web with no app, and the QR code arrives by email.
How some plans connect in China works differently from Japan and Korea. For example, the route your data takes through the supplier's network can differ, so a service that works in the other two countries may not open in China. We cannot tell you in advance which applies to a particular plan. Open the plan notes on the plan page, and read our guide to the internet in China.
If your time is spread fairly evenly over three countries, one pack removes a lot of fuss. If most days are in one country, or China is a major part of the trip and you want an option aimed at China specifically, looking at single-country plans alongside is worthwhile. Compare total price and data from the live plan pages, not from memory.

Yes, if the plan lists all three. Check the covered-country list on the plan page.
Because connectivity in China can differ from the other two countries and conditions can change. The plan notes say what you need to know.
We cannot say in advance; it depends on the plan and the time. Read the China internet guide and the plan notes before you travel.
No. It is data only; use internet calling apps instead.
You can request a self-service refund within 14 days if the eSIM has not been installed.
