Because rain arrives without warning, most people check the forecast several times a day — small each time, but frequent. Filming a night market and posting it on the spot pushes towards 2GB. Rain does not take the network down in the city; what it changes is the plan, because walking routes and mountain trips may have to move. Keep an indoor fallback, and in storm season follow the official notices on closures and transport, since those change day to day.
