Landvetter is far smaller than Arlanda and feels like a regional airport rather than a national front door, with a single terminal that makes finding the exit a very short exercise. The clearest difference from Stockholm is that no train comes here, so the airport coach into the city is the route almost everyone takes. A good share of arrivals are not staying in Gothenburg at all but picking up a car and driving out along the west coast or south towards Skåne. Free Wi-Fi is available in the terminal, with the usual registration step and, in many cases, a session limit that expires while you are still waiting. Because the building is small, everyone crowds onto the same coverage, and speed drops noticeably whenever two or three aircraft arrive close together. The real limitation is range: step outside to the coach stands and it is already gone. The airport coach is the standard way in, running on a regular cycle and taking around half an hour into the city in normal traffic, ending near the central station. The alternatives are a taxi or a hire car, and the car is the usual pick for anyone heading to the coastal archipelago or a smaller town nearby. The ride into town rarely costs more than a hundred megabytes, since a map and a few messages are all you need. Driving is a different profile: a map running live for an hour or more, on roads where the coastal stretches can thin out.
