The first time you arrive, a bar asks for your choice. Until you accept, the measurement script is not loaded at all, not merely blocked from writing a cookie. Declining changes nothing about buying.
You can change your mind at any time with the cookie settings link in the footer, which brings the bar back. A refusal takes effect from the next page load, and any cookie Google already wrote can be cleared in your browser settings.
Your choice is kept in that browser, not sent to us, so another device or browser will ask again.

Cookies while reading guides versus while checking out
While you are reading a guide or comparing plans, the cookies at work are mostly the necessary ones remembering your language and the analytics ones counting visits. The payment provider's own cookies have not come into play at this stage at all.
The payment provider's cookies only begin working once you actually enter the checkout step. If you had third-party cookies switched off before then, reading and comparing still work normally, but it is worth switching them back on before you reach the actual payment step.
What cookies do not do
Cookies on this site do not read other files on your device, do not access your camera, microphone or location, and are not connected to an eSIM profile installed on your phone in any way. Cookies operate strictly inside the browser, separate from the operating system and other apps on the device.
Cookies when you open the site from a shared link
If you open this site from a link a friend sent, or from a link in a social media post, your browser sets cookies exactly the same way as if you had opened the site yourself. There is no special cookie that behaves differently just because the link came from somewhere else.
Opening a link like this does not tell the site who sent it to you, or which platform you opened it from. A cookie only sees that a visit occurred.
