How we check eSIM information
Where our plan, network and device information comes from — and what we have not tested ourselves.

Important: most content here is based on provider, manufacturer and public operator documentation, not on our own field testing. When a page says Based on provider information, that is literally what it means.
Plan information
- We pull the plan list from the provider system together with the time it was last synced.
- We show that sync time on the plan page so you can see how old the price is.
- If a sync fails we do not present a stale price as the current one.
Network information
Network names and supported technologies come from the eSIM provider and from the local operator's public documentation. We do not guarantee real-world speed: it depends on location, time of day, handset and operator policy.
We do not write We measured X Mbps unless we actually measured it, and we never reuse another site's test screenshots as our own.
Device support information
Device lists are compiled from manufacturer specifications and manufacturer announcements. Some regional variants — mainland China models, for example — ship without eSIM even when the model name matches, so we flag that in the tables and always tell you to check the handset itself.
