How to install an eSIM, step by step
Install at home on Wi-Fi so only one switch remains when you land.

Installing on iPhone
- 1Open SettingsGo to Cellular and choose Add eSIM.

Installing on Android

On arrival
- Switch the eSIM line on
- Enable data roaming for the eSIM line
- Set the eSIM as your data line
- Disable data roaming on your home SIM
Enabling data roaming on the eSIM line does not create charges from your home operator — it is a separate line — but do make sure the home SIM's roaming is genuinely off.
