Orders and delivery

• An order is complete when payment succeeds; only then is the eSIM profile ordered from the provider.
• We send the QR code and installation steps to the email you enter, so please check it is correct.
• A QR code can normally be installed once. Deleting the profile may make it impossible to reinstall.

Fair use

Unlimited plans are subject to the operator's fair usage policy, which may reduce speed after a stated volume. The details appear on each plan page.

Limitation of liability

We cannot guarantee network speed or coverage abroad, as it is outside our control. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the plan in question.
