Usually not — the fault is hardware, not the profile. If the phone still powers on, switch it off and let it dry completely before trying again. If you have to move to a spare handset, an eSIM profile does not follow automatically; message us and we will walk through what your plan allows.
Which dates does Songkran fall on this year?+
The public holiday window and each city's own festivities do not line up identically every year, and some cities run for several days longer than the official holiday. Check the government announcement and the city's own notices before booking accommodation. We do not print dates here because a printed date is wrong by the following year.
