Digicel PNG и travel eSIM в Папуа — Новая Гвинея

Digicel PNG: коротко

Digicel PNG (MCC-MNC 537-03) runs GSM 900, UMTS 900 and LTE on 700 MHz (band 28).

Digicel PNG's bands and technology

An eSIM can only use Digicel PNG if your phone supports at least one band in this table. Before you fly, open your model's spec page on the maker's site and compare its LTE and 5G band lists.

Who licenses Digicel PNG

Mobile networks in Papua New Guinea are licensed, and their spectrum assigned, by the National Information and Communications Technology Authority (NICTA). The bands above are the ones it allocates. A problem with the local network's own service goes to the operator first; a problem with your eSIM plan comes to us.

Тарифы в нашей линейке, где указана Digicel PNG

From the supplier record behind each package, 22 of the 22 plans we currently sell for Papua New Guinea declare Digicel PNG as a network the profile can reach, at 4G. The figure comes from the same catalogue that prices the plan pages, and it moves when the supplier revises the record.

Почему в планах не указана фиксированная сеть

Nearly every travel eSIM is a roaming product: the profile picks a network by an order the supplier sets, not by the buyer. If Digicel PNG is weak where you are, try selecting Vodafone PNG manually in the network settings, and keep data roaming on for the eSIM profile.
