HT Eronet и travel eSIM в Босния и Герцеговина

HT Eronet: коротко

HT Eronet's support page says 4G devices must support the 800 MHz and 1800 MHz bands.

HT Eronet's bands and technology

An eSIM can only use HT Eronet if your phone supports at least one band in this table. Before you fly, open your model's spec page on the maker's site and compare its LTE and 5G band lists.

Who licenses HT Eronet

Mobile networks in Bosnia and Herzegovina are licensed, and their spectrum assigned, by the Communications Regulatory Agency of Bosnia and Herzegovina (RAK). The bands above are the ones it allocates. A problem with the local network's own service goes to the operator first; a problem with your eSIM plan comes to us.

Тарифы в нашей линейке, где указана HT Eronet

From the supplier record behind each package, 30 of the 30 plans we currently sell for Bosnia and Herzegovina declare HT Eronet as a network the profile can reach, at 4G. The figure comes from the same catalogue that prices the plan pages, and it moves when the supplier revises the record.

Почему в планах не указана фиксированная сеть

Nearly every travel eSIM is a roaming product: the profile picks a network by an order the supplier sets, not by the buyer. If HT Eronet is weak where you are, try selecting BH Telecom or m:tel manually in the network settings, and keep data roaming on for the eSIM profile.
