Pelephone и travel eSIM в Израиль

Pelephone: коротко

Pelephone's 5G is listed on 3.5 GHz (n78, 100 MHz, launched September 2020) and 700 MHz (n28, 10 MHz).

Pelephone's bands and technology

An eSIM can only use Pelephone if your phone supports at least one band in this table. Before you fly, open your model's spec page on the maker's site and compare its LTE and 5G band lists.

Who licenses Pelephone

Mobile networks in Israel are licensed, and their spectrum assigned, by the Ministry of Communications (MoC). The bands above are the ones it allocates. A problem with the local network's own service goes to the operator first; a problem with your eSIM plan comes to us.

From the supplier record behind each package, 60 of the 60 plans we currently sell for Israel declare Pelephone as a network the profile can reach, at 5G. The figure comes from the same catalogue that prices the plan pages, and it moves when the supplier revises the record.

Nearly every travel eSIM is a roaming product: the profile picks a network by an order the supplier sets, not by the buyer. If Pelephone is weak where you are, try selecting Cellcom or Partner manually in the network settings, and keep data roaming on for the eSIM profile.
