True Move H и travel eSIM в Таиланд

True Move H: коротко

The consumer website at true.th is now branded True-DTAC, covering what used to be the separate True Move H and dtac mobile brands.

True-DTAC (True Move H)'s bands and technology

An eSIM can only use True-DTAC (True Move H) if your phone supports at least one band in this table. Before you fly, open your model's spec page on the maker's site and compare its LTE and 5G band lists.

True-DTAC (True Move H)'s coverage map

True-DTAC (True Move H) publishes its own coverage map. Look up the street or district you will stay in rather than the country as a whole, because coverage in town and out of town differs a great deal. The map shows True-DTAC (True Move H)'s own network; a roaming plan may not get every technology it shows.

Who licenses True-DTAC (True Move H)

Mobile networks in Thailand are licensed, and their spectrum assigned, by the National Broadcasting and Telecommunications Commission (NBTC). The bands above are the ones it allocates. A problem with the local network's own service goes to the operator first; a problem with your eSIM plan comes to us.

Тарифы в нашей линейке, где указана True Move H

From the supplier record behind each package, 121 of the 122 plans we currently sell for Thailand declare True Move H as a network the profile can reach, at 4G and 5G. The figure comes from the same catalogue that prices the plan pages, and it moves when the supplier revises the record.

Почему в планах не указана фиксированная сеть

Nearly every travel eSIM is a roaming product: the profile picks a network by an order the supplier sets, not by the buyer. If True Move H is weak where you are, try selecting AIS or NT manually in the network settings, and keep data roaming on for the eSIM profile.
