Label them so they are findable
- Use country and month, such as Japan September, rather than a provider name you will not recall
- If you mix work and personal, put that in the label too
- Rename immediately after installing: doing it later rarely happens
Switching between trips
- Disable the previous trip's profile before enabling the new one
- Confirm the new profile is set as the mobile-data line
- Confirm data roaming is on for that profile
Before deleting, be sure the plan has genuinely expired with no usable data left: a deleted profile usually cannot be reinstalled from the original QR.
