It depends on the model and the manufacturer. Phones generally store several profiles but can keep far fewer active at the same time. The exact figures come from your model's own documentation, since they differ between brands and between models within a brand.
Do old disabled profiles slow the phone or drain the battery?+
No. A disabled profile is not registered with any network, so no radio work happens on its behalf. What costs power is having several lines active at once, not how many dormant profiles are stored.
I deleted a profile that still had data. Can it be restored?+
In most cases the original activation code works only once, so it cannot be reinstalled from the same paperwork. Contact us promptly with the order number and we will check the status with the supplier, though we cannot guarantee an outcome, since it depends on that plan's terms.
Should I label a profile with the provider or the country?+
Country plus month and year works better, because when you open the menu you are thinking about which trip, not which supplier. If you mix work and personal travel, add one more word to say which.
Can I run two travel profiles at once for two countries?+
You can if the phone supports multiple active lines, but it rarely helps: data still flows through whichever single line is set as the data line, and two active lines cost more power. Enabling one at a time as you move is tidier.
If a trip is cancelled, what should I do with a profile already installed?+
Do not delete it. Switch it off and check when the plan's validity starts. If the clock has not begun, it may still serve a later trip. If you are unsure, send us the order number and we will check the status before you decide.
