Can I install without Wi-Fi, using mobile data instead?+
Yes, if the device already has a working mobile connection during the install step, though Wi-Fi is usually more stable and does not use up your existing data allowance.
How many times can the QR code be scanned?+
It can be scanned again as many times as needed until the first successful install. Once installed successfully, that same code usually cannot install again on another device.
Can I install if the device already holds two physical SIMs?+
It depends on whether that model supports an additional eSIM on top of two physical SIMs already inserted. Check the device specification or use our device-checker tool first.
Do I need to update the operating system before installing?+
Not always mandatory, but a very old operating system version may lack the add-eSIM menu or carry certain limits. Updating to a reasonably recent version before travel is advisable.
Can the profile be deleted once it is no longer needed?+
Yes, it can be deleted once you have finished using it, to keep the device tidy, but deletion cannot be undone and does not allow reinstalling it on another device.
Why doesn't the menu on my device match what is described here?+
Menu wording differs by manufacturer and operating system version. What is described here is the general form — try searching the word "eSIM" within your device's settings search box instead.

可以。订单页面会显示 SM-DP+ 地址和启用码。在添加 eSIM 的界面选择手动输入，把两个值贴上去即可。如果你只有一部手机、没有第二块屏幕显示二维码，这是最实际的做法。
安装 eSIM 要花多久？+
通常几分钟。最花时间的是下载配置文件，快慢取决于安装时用的 Wi-Fi。请在家里连着稳定的网络安装，中途不要锁屏或切换 App，因为下载被打断可能得重来。
没有 Wi-Fi 可以安装 eSIM 吗？+
安装需要联网，但不一定要 Wi-Fi：用主卡的移动数据或别人手机的热点都可以。如果你人在国外、用的是主卡的数据，请留意漫游费用，装好后立刻把它关掉。
二维码弄丢了，要怎么安装？+
你的二维码和启用码都在订单确认邮件里，也在账户的订单页面上。如果两边都打不开，请带上订单号联系我们，只要配置文件还没有被安装过，我们就会重新发送给你。
同一个套餐可以装在两台设备上吗？+
不行。一个配置文件只能安装一次，而且只存在于一台设备上。想让另一台设备上网，可以用已安装的手机分享热点，或另外为那台设备买一个套餐。
手机恢复出厂设置后，同一个 eSIM 还能重装吗？+
二维码一般只能安装一次，而且在没有正确移除配置文件的情况下抹掉手机，可能导致它无法再安装。如果你必须重置，请先带上订单号联系我们，我们会向供应商确认可行的做法。我们无法事先保证一定能补发配置文件。
系统更新会把 eSIM 删掉吗？+
一般的系统更新不会移除已安装的 eSIM 配置文件，但像是由哪条线路上网、漫游是否开启这类设置，可能会回到默认值。更新后请检查一下蜂窝网络设置；如果是在旅途中更新，请连着稳定的 Wi-Fi 进行。
提示安装失败怎么办？+
先不要反复重试。请先检查三件事：你的网络连接、设备上还有没有空的配置文件位置，以及这个配置文件是不是已经装过了。然后把屏幕上显示的确切提示发给我们。
二维码扫不上怎么办？+
把二维码显示在另一块屏幕上或打印出来，并把屏幕亮度调高。如果还是不行，就用订单里附的手动输入信息安装。
怎么用手动输入的方式安装？+
在手机添加 eSIM 的界面选择手动输入，然后完全照着订单上给的内容，输入服务器地址和启用码。
