No. We sell eSIM plans and publish guides; we own no network or masts anywhere. The plans run on operators' networks in the destination country, through the eSIM providers we integrate with, so signal quality in a given area belongs to that local network rather than to anything we can configure.

Because that plan is a partner offer rather than our own product. We list it when it suits a particular situation, and every such card is labelled. Once you click through you transact with that seller: payment, the install code, refunds and support are theirs. We can point you in the right direction, but we are not your counterparty.

It depends on whether the profile has been activated, and on whether we sold it or a partner did. An unactivated plan is usually far easier to resolve because the profile has not been used; an activated one depends on the upstream provider's terms. The best protection is to run the device checker before buying — and if something goes wrong, message us before deleting the profile.

Usually yes, if your handset can run two SIMs at once: keep the Thai SIM for calls and SMS and let the eSIM carry data. It genuinely depends on the model, though — some support eSIM but cannot run it alongside a physical SIM. Charges for calls or messages received abroad are set by your Thai operator, so ask them about the rates before you travel.

Because most of the trouble people run into comes from expectations that did not match reality before the purchase, not from a faulty product. Someone who knows from the start what depends on their handset, what depends on the local network and what depends on the seller hits fewer problems and fixes them faster. Writing the limits down in advance is cheaper for you and for us than sorting it out afterwards.
