How many plans can I buy in one order?+
Generally more than one plan can be bought in a single order, but each plan's QR code is separate — check the confirmation email to make sure you received all of them.
Can I pay in a currency other than Thai baht?+
The methods and currencies supported are shown on the checkout page at the time you pay — go by what the system actually shows during your own transaction.
Can a wrong plan be changed after payment?+
Changing an already-selected plan directly is usually not possible. The most straightforward route is to contact the team to ask about the possibilities in your specific case.
Can the receipt be used to claim expenses through a company?+
The order confirmation email already serves as a basic receipt. If a specific additional format is needed, contact the team to ask whether that can be arranged.
How many days before travel should I buy?+
There is no fixed rule, since validity for most plans starts from actual activation, not the purchase date. Buying a few days ahead simply gives unhurried time to install before travel day.
Can a plan already bought be transferred for a friend to use instead?+
If it has never been activated, passing the QR code on for someone else to install works normally. But once it has been activated on one device, it cannot then be moved to another.

什么时候买 eSIM 比较好？+
出发前一到三天买最合适：既留得出时间处理安装上的问题，首次连接类套餐也要等你抵达后才开始计算有效期。
可以为公司或旅行团大量购买吗？+
可以。请把数量、目的地和出行日期告诉我们。我们能整批交付二维码并附上分发清单，也能按贵单位需要开立收据或税务单据。
可以帮别人买 eSIM 吗？+
可以。要注意的是配置文件会绑定第一台安装它的设备，所以请让真正出行的人自己扫二维码，不要先用你的手机试装；购买前也要先确认对方的设备支持 eSIM。
一个套餐可以涵盖多个国家吗？+
区域套餐和全球套餐可以涵盖多个国家，但不一定包含该区域内的每一个国家。请拿套餐页面上的国家清单，对着你的行程逐个核对，如果转机等待时也要上网，别忘了把转机国家算进去。
买了但还没安装，可以换套餐吗？+
请尽快带上订单号联系我们。只要配置文件尚未安装、有效期也还没开始，我们通常能在退款政策的范围内协助处理。一旦安装完成，可选的做法就少很多，所以一发现就请告诉我们。
可以一次买好几个套餐吗？+
可以，跨多国而没有单一区域套餐能涵盖的行程，这种做法很常见。每个套餐都是独立的配置文件，你随时可以决定由哪一个负责上网；另外也值得先查一下你的手机型号最多能存几个配置文件。
优惠码要怎么使用？+
请在结账页面确认付款之前输入，有效的优惠码会立刻反映在总金额上。如果金额没有变化，代表优惠码已过期、已被使用，或不适用于该套餐。付款完成之后，我们无法追溯补上折扣。
不注册账户可以买吗？+
只填一个邮箱就能购买，不过注册账户后，你随时都能打开订单、安装信息和加购记录，联系客服时或在国外找不到邮件时会方便很多。如果你选择不注册，请务必保存好确认邮件。
找不到我要去的国家的套餐怎么办？+
可以看看有没有明确列出该国名称的区域套餐或全球套餐。如果都没有，代表我们目前还没有该地的覆盖，而我们不会靠宣称无法确认的覆盖来卖套餐。
会按页面显示的币种扣款吗？+
其他币种的价格只是为了方便阅读而做的显示换算。扣款是以套餐的基准币种为准，你的银行还可能再换汇一次。
落地之后再买可以吗？+
可以，前提是你有能用来安装的网络，例如机场 Wi-Fi。不过出发前就买好并装好会轻松得多，因为不必依赖品质未知的 Wi-Fi。
