If searching a country's name finds nothing at all, does that definitely mean no coverage exists?+
Not immediately. Check regional and global plans first, since some countries are covered there without leading with the country's name.
Why do some countries have no plan covering them at all?+
Coverage depends on cooperation between network operators in each area, a business term we cannot control or guarantee in advance.
If coverage does not exist now, will it be added in future?+
It is possible, but we cannot commit to a specific timeline. The most reliable approach is searching again before the next trip.
Should a regional plan that does not name the destination country be bought anyway?+
No. If the name genuinely is not in the details, there is a real risk it will not work once you actually arrive.
If every step has been checked and coverage still cannot be found, what next?+
Consider a different option for that destination, such as a local physical SIM, or message us on LINE or by email for advice based on what information genuinely exists.
A country has several possible names — how should the search be made thorough?+
Try more than one plausible name, or open the full country list on the regions page directly instead of typing just one search term.
Does a global plan mean every country in the world?+
No. In this industry global means a plan covering many countries across continents, not every country. Every plan carries a list of the countries it covers, and that list is the only trustworthy answer. Open and read it before buying, every time.
If a neighbouring country is on the list, will mine probably work too?+
That inference is not safe. Coverage comes from agreements between operators, country by country, not from distance on a map. Two countries sharing a border can sit in entirely different plans. If you do not see your destination named on the list, treat it as not covered.
I already bought and only now realised my destination is not on the list — what should I do?+
Do not install or activate the profile yet, and contact us at once with the order number and the country you are heading to. The profile's status affects what can be done, and the earlier you tell us — before installation — the wider the options stay.
How do I know whether an island counts with its parent country or separately?+
The most direct method is to search the island or territory's own name in the coverage list. If it appears, the answer is clear. If it does not, do not infer from the parent country — message us naming the place precisely and we will check against the information we actually have.
Can I use an eSIM plan on a cruise ship?+
While the ship is docked and you are ashore in a country the plan covers, it works normally. At sea, beyond terrestrial networks, the phone typically only finds the ship's own network or a satellite system, which the plan does not include. Plan the time at sea as offline.
If I would like this country added, where do I say so?+
Tell us on LINE or by email. We keep requests like this in mind when considering what to offer in future, but we will not promise a date, because it depends on supplier agreements we do not control. What we can promise is that we will not claim it exists before it does.
