It depends on the model and hardware variant of that specific unit; this cannot be answered for every model and every brand in general. Check the real device using the steps on this page to be sure.
Why does an online spec page say this model supports eSIM, but my unit shows no such menu?+
Most spec pages combine information for every variant of a model onto a single page without separating which market received which build. Your unit may be a variant with the eSIM chip removed. Checking the real settings menu is more accurate.
If my device has no eSIM, can I still use your service?+
No. Our plans are eSIM only. If a device has no eSIM chip installed, none of our plans can be installed on it, regardless of what method you try.
I bought a carry-in unit. How do I know which variant it is?+
The most accurate way is to check the real settings menu using the steps on this page. If still unsure, ask the manufacturer or the retailer that sold you the unit directly.
Will restarting the device or updating the OS make eSIM appear?+
No. If a device never had an eSIM chip installed to begin with, this is a hardware limitation, not a software issue, and neither a restart nor an OS update can change that.
