Check regional or global plans that list that country by name. If none does, we do not currently have coverage, and we will not sell by claiming coverage we cannot confirm.

1. Search the country on the all-destinations page
2. Read regional plans' country lists for that name rather than inferring it from the region label
3. If still nothing, use an alternative such as a local SIM on arrival
