常见问题
Does a failed installation mean I have lost the money?+
Normally not. A failure message usually means the process did not reach the end, not that the profile was destroyed. Stop retrying, keep the screenshot, and contact us with your order number so we can check the state of the profile. The final outcome depends on whether the profile has already been downloaded onto some device, and on the terms of the supplier behind that plan.
Can I scan the same QR code again?+
A QR code is generally good for one installation. If the previous attempt genuinely failed, the code usually still works; if it succeeded on some device, a repeat scan will not go through. Before scanning again, open the list of lines on the phone and check whether the profile is already there.
Do I need Wi-Fi to install, or will mobile data do?+
Either works. What matters is that the connection genuinely reaches the internet and stays stable for the whole download. If you still have working data on your main SIM, that is often steadier than public Wi-Fi with a login page in front of it.
Can I delete old profiles to free up space?+
Yes, if you are sure the profile belongs to a finished trip and will not be needed again. Understand that deletion is permanent and that not every profile can be reinstalled. Never delete your main line, and if you cannot tell the profiles apart, ask us before you act.
Should I just buy another one because I am short of time?+
Not before you know the cause. If the problem is a full device or an unsupported phone, a second purchase will fail in exactly the same way. Contact us with the screenshot first, and if buying again really is the right move we will say so plainly.
Can I install it on someone else's phone if mine is having trouble?+
Technically yes, if that phone is eSIM-capable and not carrier-locked. Think it through first: once the profile is on that device, moving it back to yours is not always possible. Unless it is an emergency, it is better to fix your own phone first.
