How many eSIM profiles can a phone store?+
This differs by model and software version. Most phones can store enough for ordinary use, but the exact figure needs checking on the real device or the manufacturer's own data — there is no single figure that applies to every model.
How many lines can be active at the same time?+
This number is much smaller than what can be stored, and usually counts a physical SIM in the total too. Some phones allow one active line at a time, others allow two. Check the cellular menu on your own actual device.
Is it safe to install several profiles in advance at the same time?+
Yes, it is safe, since installation only saves the profile file onto the device. Nothing is switched on or starts counting time until you go in and actively switch that line on yourself.
Can I get a refund for leftover data by removing an old profile?+
No. Removing a profile only deletes the file from the device and has nothing to do with the order's status or any leftover data. If you want to ask about a refund, contact us separately about that.
Why does an active line drop off when I switch another one on?+
This usually happens because that phone only allows one active line at a time, so switching on a new one automatically turns the previous one off. Check this limit for your model before planning to run several lines together.
I set the wrong default data line — how do I fix it?+
Open the cellular menu in settings, look for 'default line for data' or similar wording, and switch it to the line you actually intend to use. The exact menu name differs by manufacturer and software version.
