A normal city trip runs about 800MB–1.5GB a day across maps, translation, ride-hailing and messaging. Add video calls or a tethered laptop on a work trip and it moves towards 2GB a day.

Minsk National (MSQ) handles essentially all international flights. Overland, trains and coaches come in from Russia on the eastern side, and there are crossings with Poland, Lithuania and Latvia to the west, with Brest acting as the border rail junction where the track gauge changes to the European standard. Check the status of the specific crossing you intend to use through official sources before your travel date, since some have been restricted.

Minsk has city-wide coverage that works in the metro, and the main regional cities — Brest, Hrodna, Vitebsk, Gomel — behave normally. It thins in the Belovezhskaya Pushcha forest in the west, across the Polesia marshlands in the south, and along rural roads that run between small villages for long stretches. Download the map area before leaving the city and save the destination address as text as well, so you can show it to a driver offline.

That depends on your own operator and the roaming agreements they hold.
