T-Mobile US fait partie des réseaux que votre eSIM peut utiliser en Porto Rico. Voici qui décide réellement du réseau que vous obtenez, et ce qu'il faut en faire.
En bref
T-Mobile US is a mobile network operator in Puerto Rico, and one of the networks a travel eSIM may reach through roaming.
Mobile networks in Puerto Rico are licensed, and their spectrum assigned, by the Federal Communications Commission (FCC). The bands above are the ones it allocates. A problem with the local network's own service goes to the operator first; a problem with your eSIM plan comes to us.
Nearly every travel eSIM is a roaming product: the profile picks a network by an order the supplier sets, not by the buyer. If T-Mobile US is weak where you are, try selecting Liberty Mobile manually in the network settings, and keep data roaming on for the eSIM profile.
Travel plans run over roaming agreements, so the network depends on the supplier behind the plan, your device and where you are.
We could not confirm T-Mobile US's 5G status from an official source. Our plans that reach this network list 4G and 5G.
Check the carrier name at the top of the screen, or open the mobile-network settings and look at the operator list. If signal is poor, try selecting a network manually instead of automatic, but only one your plan actually supports.
