Business travel: a connection that survives meetings and clears expenses
Work travel values certainty over the lowest price, and it needs a receipt that finance accepts.

Коротко
- A video call runs near a gigabyte an hour, so size from the meeting hours you actually have.
- Always keep a fallback: a second small plan, or hotel Wi-Fi you have already tested.
- Ask for the invoice at purchase time; chasing it afterwards is slower.

Вопросы и ответы
Can you invoice a company?+
Checkout has no company fields. Send the company name, address and tax number with your order number and we will tell you which document formats we can issue. Asking before you pay is faster than chasing it afterwards.
Can a team buy together?+
Yes, through the business page, which handles bulk orders and a single billing cycle.
Buy a bigger plan up front, or buy tight and top up?+
For work travel, some headroom usually pays for itself, because the time lost to topping up mid-trip costs more than the price difference. That does not mean buying wildly over: size it from the meeting hours in the calendar, then add margin for travel days, when schedules slip. If you do not know your own consumption, open the data usage history in your phone's settings — those are your numbers, and they beat any general average.
For a critical meeting, what should the backup be?+
Two layers work. The first is Wi-Fi you have actually tested in that building, not Wi-Fi you assume will be fine. The second is a way into the meeting that does not depend on your data at all: a dial-in number saved in advance, or an agreement with a colleague that if you vanish for more than two minutes they carry on without you. Rehearsing that agreement is worth more than any extra hardware.
Can I use the travel plan for my laptop over a hotspot?+
Usually yes, but read the terms of the plan you bought, because some restrict sharing, particularly plans marketed as unlimited. Alongside that, mark the connection as metered on the laptop and defer system updates: left on its defaults, a laptop can consume substantially more than a phone.
Will my plan work at a layover in another country?+
Only if that country is on the plan's covered list. A single-country plan will not work at a transit airport, and that is the single most common reason people think the product has failed. If your route has a long layover or a meeting in between, look at a regional plan that covers the whole path, and check the country list against the actual itinerary before buying.
Can the company document be issued after the fact?+
It can be requested, but it is rarely a one-line edit: an accounting document that has already been issued has to be cancelled and reissued, which takes considerably longer than entering the details correctly at checkout. If it has already happened, contact us with the order number, the registered company name and the tax number via LINE at https://lin.ee/skDPoNx or email esimonline.asia@gmail.com, and we can tell you what is possible in that case.
If something breaks at night in the destination, who do I contact?+
Reach us on LINE at https://lin.ee/skDPoNx, by email at esimonline.asia@gmail.com, or by phone at 089-942-0818 or 088-521-6848. We take messages around the clock, every day, though replies can run a little slower late at night Thailand time, so plan on the assumption that a reply is not instant. What helps most is a complete first message: order number, phone model, the country you are in, and a screenshot of the network status, so we can rule causes out quickly.
Instagram and TikTok have no web share button, so we open your phone's share sheet or copy the link instead.
