常见问题
Does a global plan cover every country in the world?+
Not always. Each global plan carries its own country list stated on its detail page, and some countries may be excluded depending on that country's roaming partner terms. Always read the full list before buying.
What should be done if a destination is missing from the global plan's list?+
Consider buying a separate single-country or regional plan for that country, used alongside the global plan for the rest of the countries on the trip.
Does a global plan automatically give more data than a single-country plan?+
No. The data allowance still follows exactly what that specific plan states and does not increase with the number of countries covered. Estimate the total data needed for the whole trip before choosing a size.
Is a global plan always better value than a regional plan?+
Not always. If the trip stays within one region the whole way, a regional plan usually offers better value per gigabyte, since there is no paying for coverage in unused regions.
Does a layover country need checking on the list too?+
Yes, since some plans may not include a layover country on their list, even if the stop is only a few hours.
