The eSIM is installed but nothing works

Different symptoms have different causes, and working the right order beats guessing. If none of it helps, contact us with your order number and handset model.
- 1Toggle airplane mode for ten seconds so the phone searches for networks again.
- 2Check the eSIM line is switched on in cellular settings and not disabled.
- 3Turn on Data Roaming for the eSIM line if the plan works over roaming.
- 4Select the network manually and pick the operator named on the plan page.
- 5Restart the phone once — a lot of cases end here.

- Order number and the email you ordered with
- Handset model and operating system version
- The network name the phone shows now, and the country you are in
- A screenshot of the cellular settings screen, which shows us the line status at once
Frequently asked questions
Do I always have to set the APN by hand?+
Usually not — the phone picks it up automatically. But when there are bars and no data, checking the APN is often what fixes it.
Is resetting network settings risky?+
It does not harm the eSIM profile, but it clears saved Wi-Fi passwords and Bluetooth pairings, so leave it until last.
If it truly cannot be fixed, is there a refund?+
If the fault is on our side — a broken profile or a plan that does not perform as described — we refund under the written policy, not case-by-case discretion.
