- 1Toggle airplane mode for ten seconds so the phone searches for networks again.
- 2Check the eSIM line is switched on in cellular settings and not disabled.
- 3Turn on Data Roaming for the eSIM line if the plan works over roaming.
- 4Select the network manually and pick the operator named on the plan page.
- 5Restart the phone once — a lot of cases end here.

Why does the phone show signal while not a single page loads?+
Bars only mean the handset has attached to a network. They say nothing about whether this line holds the data role or has permission to move traffic. Check three things in order: does the data role point at the plan's line, is roaming data enabled for it, and is a VPN or data restriction still running. Those three explain most cases.
Do I need to set an APN myself, and where does the correct value come from?+
Usually not — the phone receives it with the profile. If you do have to enter one, the correct value comes only from the supplier behind that plan, typically in the confirmation email or on the plan page. Do not borrow one from a forum or another operator, since a value that is right for one plan can break another, and always screenshot the existing value before editing it.
Can I delete the profile and install it again for a clean start?+
Not before talking to us. An eSIM profile is designed to install once, and deleting it can end that plan permanently. Reinstalling also fixes very little of what people actually run into, because those symptoms usually come from settings on the handset rather than from the profile. If you believe it is genuinely necessary, message LINE https://lin.ee/skDPoNx or email esimonline.asia@gmail.com first.
Will resetting network settings remove the eSIM?+
In general a network settings reset does not delete eSIM profiles, but the behaviour varies by manufacturer and OS version, and some builds show a warning on the confirmation screen. Read that text rather than tapping through it. What definitely goes is saved Wi-Fi passwords and Bluetooth pairings, which is why this step belongs last.
Data slowed down mid-trip — report it or wait?+
Before reporting, check two things. First, how much data you have already used against the plan's full-speed terms, since many plans reduce speed after a stated volume. Second, try another location — if stepping outside the building helps, it is a location effect. If neither explains it, report it with the time, the place and the network name the phone was showing.
I did everything and it still fails. Do I have to buy another plan?+
Do not rush into a second purchase. Contact us with the set of details listed on this page first. If the fault is on our side — a broken profile, or a plan not performing as described — there is a written refund policy that covers it. Buying another plan on top makes the cause harder to establish and may mean paying twice for nothing.
常见问题
Do I always have to set the APN by hand?+
Usually not — the phone picks it up automatically. But when there are bars and no data, checking the APN is often what fixes it.
Is resetting network settings risky?+
It does not harm the eSIM profile, but it clears saved Wi-Fi passwords and Bluetooth pairings, so leave it until last.
If it truly cannot be fixed, is there a refund?+
If the fault is on our side — a broken profile or a plan that does not perform as described — we refund under the written policy, not case-by-case discretion.
