Preguntas frecuentes
Is the outcome tied to a particular plan?+
No. The quiz names a shape of plan that suits the shape of your trip; it picks no product and looks at no price. Once you have the shape, you still open the plan pages for your destination and read the actual terms of the ones you like — that step cannot be skipped.
My itinerary changed after I answered — what now?+
Answer again with the new route. Adding one country or another week can change which shape fits. If you have not bought yet, this is the cheapest possible moment to change course; if you have, message us and we will check what that plan's terms allow.
For two countries, two single-country plans or one regional?+
It depends on when you cross. Moving between countries from accommodation with wifi, with time to spare, makes two plans easy to manage. Crossing and needing a ride immediately makes continuity worth more than the price difference.
I answered heavy use and got unlimited — must I buy that?+
Not necessarily — it points a direction, it does not issue orders. If a large fixed allowance clearly covers how you use a phone, take that instead. What is worth doing is reading the daily speed terms of the unlimited plan you are eyeing and comparing them against what you expect to use.
Does the quiz take my handset into account?+
It does not. It asks only about the trip, and checks neither eSIM support nor network locking. Handle those separately: look for an EID line on the phone, and ask the carrier you bought it from about locking, before buying any plan.
Preguntas frecuentes
Is the suggestion biased toward what you earn more on?+
No. The scoring rules are fixed and read only your trip shape; no price or margin data is in the formula, and the output points to a plan type rather than one product.
What if the result is not what I expected?+
Trust the real constraints of your trip. This uses four simple rules; if you have a specific requirement — a local number for SMS, say — that requirement wins.
Does it work for business trips?+
Yes, though if you need tax invoices or manage devices for a team, the business page covers bulk ordering and the paperwork we issue.
