该买区域套餐还是单国套餐
答案取决于去几个国家、每站住几晚,以及套餐实际覆盖哪些国家。

快速解答
- One country, or one dominant country, usually favours a single-country plan.
- Three or more countries in one trip usually favours a regional plan, which is also simpler to manage.

常见问题
What if one country on my route is missing from the regional plan?+
Buy a separate country plan for that stop and enable it only while you are there. A device that holds several profiles can carry both at once; keep one enabled at a time so it stays clear which allowance is being consumed, and do not delete the other one in the meantime.
Does a regional plan perform the same in every country on its list?+
The allowance and the validity are shared across every country on the list, but the experience can differ, because it depends on the local network your phone attaches to in each place, the time of day and where you are. We do not guarantee speeds in any particular country: that is a property of the destination network, not of the plan.
For a two-country trip, which is better?+
There is no fixed answer; start from the night distribution. If one country dominates, a country plan there with the other stop handled separately usually costs less. If it is an even split with several crossings, a regional plan is easier to manage and often no more expensive once you work in price per usable day.
What if I change plans mid-trip and add an unplanned country?+
First check whether that country is on the list of the plan you already hold. If it is, carry on. If it is not, buy while you still have Wi-Fi or leftover data rather than waiting until the border, because purchasing and installing both require the internet you are about to lose.
How do I confirm my device is compatible before deciding on a plan?+
Two things: that the handset supports eSIM, and that it is not locked to a previous operator. Both must be true whichever plan type you pick. Menu names differ by manufacturer and OS version, so check on the actual device rather than reasoning from a similar model.
What should I do if I have already bought the wrong type?+
Contact us with the order number and whether the profile has been installed yet. What is possible depends on that plan's terms and whether it has started, and we will tell you plainly what the options are. Reach us on LINE at https://lin.ee/skDPoNx or by email at esimonline.asia@gmail.com.
常见问题
Does a layover without leaving the airport count?+
If you intend to use data during the layover, yes: that country must be covered. If you will not go online at all, it need not be.
Can I hold both kinds at once?+
Yes, if the device can hold several profiles, but enable one at a time so it stays clear which plan is being consumed.
