eSIM 能留着下次旅行再用吗
已经过期的配置文件和可以续费的配置文件并不是一回事。

快速解答
- If the plan supports top-ups and you will return to the same country, keeping the profile is useful.
- If it cannot be topped up and you are not going back soon, remove it so the profile slots stay free.

常见问题
Will an expired profile disappear on its own if I leave it?+
Generally no. It stays on the device and continues to occupy a slot until you remove it. Some systems will mark it as unusable, but showing a status is not the same as removing it. Once you have confirmed it is genuinely expired and cannot be topped up, deleting it gives you back a slot for later.
Does holding several profiles cause problems?+
A disabled profile does nothing and costs no battery. The real problem is confusion when choosing the line for data, which can lead to your home number roaming by accident. The fix is clear naming plus periodic removal of the dead ones. The maximum number of profiles differs by handset model and operating system.
If I buy in advance and do not install yet, does it go to waste?+
It depends on that plan's terms. Many set a window within which the plan must be installed or activated after purchase, which is a separate limit from the days you get once it is running. Read the terms you received at purchase, or send us the order number before departure so nothing surprises you on arrival.
If I keep a profile and then change phones, does it move across?+
Not reliably. Moving a profile to another handset needs the issuing supplier to participate, and not all of them do. If you are changing phones and hold a profile with value left in it, ask the supplier before migrating, and do not delete the old one until the new phone genuinely works.
How do I find out whether my plan accepts top-ups?+
Start with the terms you received at purchase. If they are not clear, send the order number to us on LINE at https://lin.ee/skDPoNx or by email to esimonline.asia@gmail.com and we will check the actual conditions. We would not assume it from another plan you have used before, because the terms can differ even for the same country.
If I am not travelling again for a long time, what about a profile that still accepts top-ups?+
Disabling it and keeping it is fine if you have slots to spare, since storage costs nothing as long as nothing is activated or topped up. Do note down which country it is for and when you bought it, though, because when the time comes you may need to check with the supplier whether the top-up terms still stand.
常见问题
Does keeping a profile cost anything?+
No, provided nothing is activated or topped up. Travel plans are prepaid packages, not monthly billing.
Does topping up give me the same plan or a new one?+
A top-up extends the same plan under its own terms. Different terms require a new purchase, which is a separate profile.
