How we choose eSIM suppliers, and what gets one rejected

En bref

  • We weight consistent profile issuance and clearly written terms above the lowest price.
  • We do not claim field speed testing in every country, because we have not done it.

Questions fréquentes

What happens if a supplier starts failing often?+

We reduce that plan's visibility and stop selling it if failures persist, and we notify affected customers.

Can a supplier pay for a better position?+

No. Ranking follows the criteria on our ranking page, not commission.

Can a supplier pay for better placement?+

No. Ordering follows the criteria on this page and on our ranking page, not payment, so a position on the site cannot be bought by any route.

Why do some plans not name the supplier?+

Some contracts forbid naming the counterparty. When that applies we say plainly that we cannot name them rather than inventing a label. What we can always state is who the seller is, who receives the complaint, and what the plan's terms are.

Do these criteria mean a listed plan is guaranteed to work?+

No. They reduce the predictable failures, such as vague terms or nobody answering, but they cannot control a local network or every handset's compatibility. If an install works and the service does not, contact us with your order number and what the screen shows.

Can I apply these criteria to other shops?+

Yes, and that is the intention. The four questions that work best are: when does validity start, what happens when the data runs out, which countries are included according to the actual documentation, and who do I contact if the install fails. A shop that answers those clearly usually handles the rest as well.

How would you know if a supplier started slipping?+

The first signals are usually slower or more frequently failing issuance, plus customer reports repeating the same shape of problem. When we see that we cut the plan's visibility first, then stop selling it if the pattern continues, and tell affected customers.
