全速流量额度 是什么意思
几乎每个标榜无限的方案都有这个额度。超过之后,速度会降到条款写明的水平,通常还够用地图和聊天,但看影片就不行。真正值得细读的是这个门槛,而不是“无限”两个字。

Is an unlimited plan really unlimited if it has a ceiling?+
In this context unlimited means the connection will not be cut off for the life of the plan, not that full speed lasts throughout. Once the allowance is used the speed drops to whatever level the provider states, usually enough for maps and text but not for video. What to read before buying is the size of the allowance and the speed that remains, not the headline word.
Does full speed come back on its own after the ceiling?+
It depends on how the plan counts. On a daily plan that resets, full speed returns with the next cycle. On a single-pool plan the reduced speed usually stays with you until you buy another plan or the current one expires. The counting method is stated in the plan details, and it is worth checking first because it changes how you plan the whole trip.
Why does my phone's usage figure differ from the provider's?+
Because the two measure from different vantage points over different periods. The phone counts from the last time you reset it and sees things from the handset's side, while the network measures on its own systems. Small differences are normal. Use the phone's counter to watch your daily trend and rely on the provider's figure when deciding whether to buy more.
Can I share the connection with a travelling companion?+
It depends on the plan. Some support tethering and draw it from the same quota, some count it separately, and some do not allow it. Check the details of the plan you are choosing before you build a trip around it. If you do intend to share, allow more than you would estimate for one person and set the receiving device to treat the connection as metered.
Does a sudden slowdown always mean the allowance is gone?+
Not always. Other frequent causes are weak signal in that spot, a congested network at a busy hour, or a phone still stuck in manual network selection from earlier troubleshooting. Check the remaining allowance first, then move position and cycle airplane mode once. If it is still slow, contact us with your order reference and your handset details.
Better to buy a large plan up front or a small one and top up?+
For a short trip with reliable accommodation wi-fi every night, starting mid-sized and topping up later is reasonable. For a long trip with a lot of movement between cities, or if you need the connection for work, buying headroom up front is usually calmer, because purchasing more through an already-throttled link is slow and irritating. Run the numbers through our calculator before deciding.
