Is the evening slowdown because the plan is bad?+
No. This slowdown usually comes from more users sharing the same network at once, which is normal behaviour for mobile networks everywhere, unrelated to the plan's quality.
Why doesn't a companion on a different network see the same problem?+
Each partner network carries a different set of users and capacity. One can be busier than another at the very same time, depending on the users on that particular network.
How do I know it is network density and not data running low?+
Check remaining data in the app first. If plenty remains and the slowness happens only at certain times, improving on its own, it is more likely density than data running low.
Is there a way to make the connection faster during a busy period?+
What can be done is limited, since it is outside anyone's control. What helps is shifting heavy-data tasks to another time and prioritising light tasks during the busy window.
If it is slow all day regardless of the hour, is that still network density?+
Usually not. Density tends to slow things only in patches, improving elsewhere. If it stays slow constantly with no change, check remaining data and the plan's expiry date first, then message us if it is still unclear.
