Read that plan's own fair-use terms. Many unlimited plans on the market set a daily amount and slow the line beyond it, so check what speed the plan's documentation states after the threshold before treating unlimited as uncapped.

We re-check on a cycle and change the stamped date each time. If you find a figure that no longer matches the seller's page, tell us through the corrections page; we will fix it and date the fix.

For a short trip with light usage, price is a reasonable tiebreaker. For a long trip, solo travel, or a trip with appointments you cannot miss, the refund terms and the way you reach a human when something breaks are usually worth more than a few dollars of difference.
