Questions fréquentes
I installed it but there is no service while I am still at home — is that wrong?+
Usually not. Many travel packages only work once you are inside a covered country, so that line showing no service at home is expected. The thing not to do is delete the profile, because an activation code is generally single-use.
When should I install — before flying or after landing?+
Install before you fly, while you have reliable wi-fi, because installing needs an internet connection and any problem is much easier to sort out with time and a way to contact support. Switching it on can wait until you arrive.
Do I have to remove my existing SIM to use an eSIM?+
Generally not. A supported phone can hold both your home SIM and the travel profile at the same time. What matters is deciding clearly which line carries internet, and turning off the home SIM's data roaming if you do not want it. Menu locations vary by manufacturer and OS version.
What if I bought the wrong country or the wrong plan?+
Contact the team straight away on LINE or by email, and do not install it yet if you have not already, because the available options depend on whether the profile has been installed or used. Include your order details so it can be checked quickly.
Can I install the same code on a spare phone as well?+
Generally not — one code goes to one device, and once installed it will not work on a second. If two phones each need their own data, that means two purchases, or sharing a hotspot from the phone that has it, where the plan permits tethering.
If my phone is lost while travelling, can the plan move to a new one?+
A profile generally binds to the device it was installed on and cannot be moved by you. If this happens, contact the team with your order details to see what options exist in your case.
