Frequent travellers accumulate profiles until the phone says it is full. The confusion is that there are two numbers: how many can be stored, and how many can be active simultaneously. They are not the same.
The two different numbers
- Stored profiles: everything held on the device, including disabled ones
- Active profiles: those attached to a network at once, usually far fewer
- Both vary by model and operating system version
