The phone is stuck searching for a network after install

Toggle airplane mode for ten seconds, then check that the profile is enabled, set as the data line, and has data roaming switched on for that profile.

1. Turn airplane mode on for ten seconds, then off
2. Confirm the profile is enabled in the plan list
3. Set it as the mobile data line
4. Switch on data roaming for that profile
5. If still stuck, switch network selection to manual and try the networks in turn
