グアムにおけるDocomo Pacificと旅行用eSIM

Docomo Pacificの概要

Docomo Pacific is a mobile network operator in Guam, and one of the networks a travel eSIM may reach through roaming.

Who licenses Docomo Pacific

Mobile networks in Guam are licensed, and their spectrum assigned, by the Federal Communications Commission (FCC). The bands above are the ones it allocates. A problem with the local network's own service goes to the operator first; a problem with your eSIM plan comes to us.

プランが特定のネットワークを名指ししない理由

Nearly every travel eSIM is a roaming product: the profile picks a network by an order the supplier sets, not by the buyer. If Docomo Pacific is weak where you are, try selecting GTA or IT&E manually in the network settings, and keep data roaming on for the eSIM profile.
