マルタにおけるGOと旅行用eSIM

GOの概要

GO includes 5G at no extra cost on all its mobile plans in Malta, using the n78 (3.5 GHz) band since December 2021.

GO's bands and technology

An eSIM can only use GO if your phone supports at least one band in this table. Before you fly, open your model's spec page on the maker's site and compare its LTE and 5G band lists.

Who licenses GO

Mobile networks in Malta are licensed, and their spectrum assigned, by the Malta Communications Authority (MCA). The bands above are the ones it allocates. A problem with the local network's own service goes to the operator first; a problem with your eSIM plan comes to us.

当店で取り扱うプランのうちGOを記載しているもの

From the supplier record behind each package, 87 of the 87 plans we currently sell for Malta declare GO as a network the profile can reach, at 4G and 5G. The figure comes from the same catalogue that prices the plan pages, and it moves when the supplier revises the record.

プランが特定のネットワークを名指ししない理由

Nearly every travel eSIM is a roaming product: the profile picks a network by an order the supplier sets, not by the buyer. If GO is weak where you are, try selecting Epic or Melita manually in the network settings, and keep data roaming on for the eSIM profile.
