モナコにおけるMonaco Telecomと旅行用eSIM

Monaco Telecomの概要

Monaco Telecom advertises Monaco as the first country entirely covered by 5G; its 5G NR launched in July 2019 on n78.

Monaco Telecom's bands and technology

An eSIM can only use Monaco Telecom if your phone supports at least one band in this table. Before you fly, open your model's spec page on the maker's site and compare its LTE and 5G band lists.

Who licenses Monaco Telecom

Mobile networks in Monaco are licensed, and their spectrum assigned, by the Direction des Plateformes et des Ressources Numériques (DPRN). The bands above are the ones it allocates. A problem with the local network's own service goes to the operator first; a problem with your eSIM plan comes to us.

当店で取り扱うプランのうちMonaco Telecomを記載しているもの

From the supplier record behind each package, 14 of the 14 plans we currently sell for Monaco declare Monaco Telecom as a network the profile can reach, at 4G and 5G. The figure comes from the same catalogue that prices the plan pages, and it moves when the supplier revises the record.

プランが特定のネットワークを名指ししない理由

Nearly every travel eSIM is a roaming product: the profile picks a network by an order the supplier sets, not by the buyer. If Monaco Telecom is weak where you are, and keep data roaming on for the eSIM profile.
