ガーンジーにおけるSureと旅行用eSIM

Sureの概要

Sure is upgrading its Guernsey mobile network in phases from July 2026, consolidating the Sure and Airtel networks to cut masts by about a third, with 3G switched off from June.

Sure's bands and technology

An eSIM can only use Sure if your phone supports at least one band in this table. Before you fly, open your model's spec page on the maker's site and compare its LTE and 5G band lists.

Who licenses Sure

Mobile networks in Guernsey are licensed, and their spectrum assigned, by the Channel Islands Competition and Regulatory Authorities (Guernsey Competition and Regulatory Authority) (CICRA). The bands above are the ones it allocates. A problem with the local network's own service goes to the operator first; a problem with your eSIM plan comes to us.

当店で取り扱うプランのうちSureを記載しているもの

From the supplier record behind each package, 5 of the 16 plans we currently sell for Guernsey declare Sure as a network the profile can reach, at 4G. The figure comes from the same catalogue that prices the plan pages, and it moves when the supplier revises the record.

Nearly every travel eSIM is a roaming product: the profile picks a network by an order the supplier sets, not by the buyer. If Sure is weak where you are, try selecting JT (Jersey Telecom) manually in the network settings, and keep data roaming on for the eSIM profile.
