常见问题
Can I get a refund for data I did not finish using?+
Generally not, since plans are sold as a package of volume and validity rather than metered by actual use.
Are there any exceptions?+
A plan that failed to install or never connected at all is a separate matter from simply not finishing the data — contact us for a case-by-case review.
Can leftover data be transferred to a different plan?+
No. Data bought under one plan is tied to that plan alone. Once it expires, whatever is left simply disappears with no transfer or refund.
How should I choose a plan size to avoid a large leftover?+
Review actual usage from a past trip, use the data calculator to estimate the next one, and choose the closest size, rather than always buying the largest one just in case.
What should I do with data left over close to expiry?+
Keep using it normally until either expiry or exhaustion, whichever comes first — there is no way to withdraw it as cash or transfer it elsewhere.
If a plan was purchased successfully but never installed, does that count as unused data?+
No, that does not count as the same case, since it is an installation failure from the start rather than simply unused data. Contact us directly with the order details for a review.
