When can I get a refund?

Refunds apply when the profile has not been installed or activated, when we fail to issue the eSIM, or when a verified network-side fault makes the plan unusable. Cases such as an already-used plan, the wrong country installed, or an unsupported device despite our device pages are reviewed individually.
