Activation failed after installing — what should I do?+
Try in order: connect to stable Wi-Fi, turn off any VPN, restart the phone, then re-enable the eSIM line. If it still fails, do not delete the profile — send us your order number, phone model and the exact error text.
Why shouldn't I delete the profile before troubleshooting?+
Most eSIM profiles cannot reuse the same QR code once already installed, so deleting it makes recovery much harder or nearly impossible.
Why turn off a VPN before activating an eSIM line?+
A VPN reroutes the connection through another server, which can interfere with the identity-verification step against the partner network that activation needs.
If the four steps still fail, how long until I hear back?+
How long it takes varies with checking each supplier, but we will always keep you updated on progress while waiting.
I can't find the menu to switch off VPN or the eSIM line on my phone — what do I do?+
Menu locations differ by manufacturer and OS version. Try searching within the phone's settings search box, which often finds the right menu faster.
