ベトナムにおけるVinaphoneと旅行用eSIM

Vinaphoneの概要

Vietnam's 2G networks were scheduled to be fully shut down by 15 September 2026; VNPT's VinaPhone is to keep 3G running alongside 4G and 5G.

VinaPhone's bands and technology

An eSIM can only use VinaPhone if your phone supports at least one band in this table. Before you fly, open your model's spec page on the maker's site and compare its LTE and 5G band lists.

From the supplier record behind each package, 53 of the 101 plans we currently sell for Vietnam declare Vinaphone as a network the profile can reach, at 4G and 5G. The figure comes from the same catalogue that prices the plan pages, and it moves when the supplier revises the record.

Nearly every travel eSIM is a roaming product: the profile picks a network by an order the supplier sets, not by the buyer. If Vinaphone is weak where you are, try selecting MobiFone or Viettel manually in the network settings, and keep data roaming on for the eSIM profile.
