常见问题
Do I need to send a photo of my ID card when buying a plan?+
No. Our normal purchase process has no step asking for an identity document — only payment details and the email that receives the QR.
If the destination country has SIM registration rules, how do I know if it affects the plan I am buying?+
Check that specific plan page. Any special condition is stated there. If no such text appears, no extra step applies to your purchase.
Can I buy on behalf of a parent who does not have their ID card with them?+
Yes — the system ties to the buyer's email and the device the profile is installed on, not to the end user's identity document.
Another site is asking me to upload a passport before buying a travel eSIM — is that normal?+
That is not a normal step for buying a travel eSIM plan. Confirm you are buying from a legitimate source before handing over any documents.
Do registration rules change often by country?+
They can change over time and depend on that country's own regulator. We are not the final legal authority — check that country's regulator directly for legal-grade certainty.
If unsure whether the plan being bought requires a document, who should be asked?+
Ask us before deciding to buy, via LINE https://lin.ee/skDPoNx (@esimonline) or email esimonline.asia@gmail.com, naming the destination and plan of interest. We will check what condition, if any, that plan page states.
