Does having an account make a plan more or less expensive?+
It has no effect on price at all; the plan costs the same whether you buy with or without an account.
Is guest checkout less secure?+
Security mainly comes down to how well you look after the email used at purchase. If that inbox is well protected, guest checkout is not meaningfully riskier in practice.
Can I change my mind and sign up later if I first bought as a guest?+
Yes — sign up using the same email used at purchase, then contact us to confirm whether the earlier order has been linked to the new account.
Do I need an account to ask for a refund or contact support?+
No, the email used at purchase and the order number, if you have it, are enough to contact support whether or not an account exists.
Can two people share one account to each buy their own plan?+
This is technically possible, but every order ends up mixed together in one account. If you want each person's history kept clearly separate, using a separate email each is the better approach.
I have forgotten my account password — what do I do?+
Use the forgotten-password route on the sign-in page; a way to set a new password is sent to the email registered on the account.

No. The process after payment is the same either way, and the installation details go to the address you entered. The difference lies only in how easily you can revisit that information later, not in how quickly it arrives.
If I sign up later, will my earlier orders appear in the account?+
It depends on whether you use the same address you bought with. If you are unsure, or an old order does not show up, contact us with the order number and the address used at the time and we will look into it. In the meantime keep the original confirmation email rather than deleting it.
What do I do if I forget my password while abroad?+
A password reset normally goes through email, so you need access to that inbox while travelling. If you cannot open it at all because you have no connection, find Wi-Fi you trust first, or message us on LINE with details that identify the order and we will work out the best route from there.
Does having an account let me move an eSIM to a new phone?+
They are different things. An account lets you reopen the order details, but whether a profile can be moved to another handset depends on the plan, on that supplier's rules and on what the devices support. If you are about to change phones mid-trip, ask us before doing anything.
Can I buy using my work email?+
You can, but think about the long term. If you change jobs, that mailbox may close and you would lose access to the confirmation and to any password reset link. For business travel that needs a receipt, using a personal address and forwarding the receipt to accounts is usually the safer arrangement.
I received no confirmation at all — should I order again?+
Do not order again yet — you may end up with two and have to sort it out afterwards. Search your spam folder and promotions tab, check the address you typed, then contact us with the payment record and the time of the transaction so we can find it and put it right.
