Will old orders disappear once I change the email?+
No. Every order is tied to your account, not to whichever email happens to be displayed at the time. Changing the email has no effect on order history at all.
How many times can I change it? Is there a limit?+
You can generally change it more than once, but every change goes through the same confirmation step from the new inbox. There is no shortcut past that step.
Can I use an email already attached to another account of mine?+
In general one email attaches to one account. If that address is already in use on another account, the system usually flags it and will not allow the duplicate. You would need a different address, or to contact support if merging accounts is what you are after.
Do I need to re-enter my password before changing the email?+
Many systems ask you to re-confirm the password before editing something as significant as the email, to guard against someone who happens to be using a device left signed in. If the screen asks for the password again, treat it as a normal security step.
Can I change the email while an eSIM plan is currently active?+
Yes, the two are entirely separate. An eSIM profile installed and running on a device has no dependency on the email of the account that bought it.
I mistyped the new address and am halfway through confirming. What now?+
As long as the link in the mistyped address has not been clicked, the change has not taken effect. Go back to the settings screen and type the correct address again straight away.
The confirmation link keeps expiring. Will the account get locked?+
No, it does not get locked. An expired link simply stops working, and you can request a new one from settings. If it keeps expiring for no obvious reason, contact support so it can be looked into.
Does changing the email affect a tax receipt already issued?+
No effect. A document already issued stays exactly as it was, including whichever address it was sent to at the time. Changing the account email does not reach back to alter documents already issued.
